- 150g ground pork
Vegetables
- 3 garlic sprouts, cut into 3cm pieces
- 1 bag bean sprouts
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Meat Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sake
- 1 tsp potato starch
Sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp curry powder
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce

Cut garlic sprouts into 3cm pieces. In a bowl, mix ground pork with soy sauce, sake, and potato starch until sticky.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan. Shape the pork mixture into 3cm meatballs and place them in the pan. Cook until both sides are browned.

Add garlic sprouts and bean sprouts to the pan and stir-fry.

Add sugar, sake, curry powder, and oyster sauce. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender and the flavors are well combined.
