- 300g garlic scapes, chopped
- 3 chili peppers, finely chopped

- 100g minced pork

步驟
Chop the garlic scapes into small pieces.
Finely chop the chili peppers and green onion.
Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan and add 100g minced pork. Stir-fry until browned.
Add a small amount of shredded green onion and stir until fragrant.
Add 1 tbsp soy sauce and stir to combine.
Add the chopped garlic scapes and stir-fry until tender.
Add the chopped chili peppers and stir well.
Add 1 tsp sugar and mix thoroughly.
Once the flavors are well combined, transfer to a serving dish.
