- 1 handful garlic scapes
Condiments
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 2/3 tbsp oligosaccharide

步驟
Trim the ends and nodes of garlic scapes, then cut them into 6–7 cm pieces.
Blanch garlic scapes in boiling water with 1/2 tbsp coarse salt for about 10 seconds.
Rinse the blanched garlic scapes in cold water and drain well.
Heat a pan with oil, add garlic scapes, and stir-fry briefly.
Add 1.5 tbsp soy sauce and 2/3 tbsp oligosaccharide, stirring quickly to coat evenly.
Turn off the heat, sprinkle sesame seeds, and mix well.
