    • 🍚 1.5 cups cooked rice
    • 🍖 145g ground pork
    • 🧄 5 garlic cloves, sliced
    • 🧅 1/4 onion, diced
    • 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
    • 🥕 15g carrot, diced
  • Seasonings

    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 1 tbsp cooking wine
    • 🍬 1 tsp sugar
    • A pinch of pepper
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • A pinch of sesame seeds
  • Garnish

    • A pinch of chopped green onion

步驟

Slice the garlic cloves and dice the carrot and onion.

Heat oil in a pan over low heat and fry the sliced garlic until golden. Remove and drain on a paper towel.

In the same pan, add ground pork and stir-fry. Add sugar and cooking wine, then continue cooking.

Add minced garlic, diced carrot, and onion to the pan. Stir-fry until the onion turns translucent.

Add cooked rice, oyster sauce, and a pinch of pepper. Stir-fry until well combined.

Drizzle sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds over the rice.

Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with chopped green onion, and top with fried garlic slices.
