Sauce Ingredients
- 🍅 4 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of black pepper
步驟
Cut the onion, bell peppers, and mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
Pan-fry the tteokgalbi until golden brown.
Cut the cooked tteokgalbi into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl to create the sauce.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and stir-fry the tteokgalbi and mushrooms.
Add the remaining vegetables and continue stir-frying.
When the onion becomes semi-transparent, increase the heat to high and add the sauce. Stir-fry quickly to combine.
