- 🥒 2 cucumbers
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1/2 bunch chives
- 🧂 A pinch coarse salt
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch sesame seeds
步驟
Rub cucumbers with coarse salt to clean them thoroughly.
Cut the cleaned cucumbers lengthwise in half, then slice diagonally.
Thinly slice 1/2 onion into strips.
Cut 1/2 bunch of chives into 3 cm pieces.
Mix sugar, chili powder, minced garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, and gochujang in a bowl to create the seasoning.
Add cucumbers and onions to a mixing bowl, then pour the seasoning over and mix well.
Add the chopped chives and gently mix them into the salad.
Finish by adding sesame oil and sprinkling sesame seeds. Mix lightly.
