Boil water and add a pinch of salt. Blanch chamnamul briefly until it boils, then remove immediately.

Rinse chamnamul in cold water 3–4 times and squeeze out excess water.

Combine soy sauce, salt, minced garlic, chopped green onion, sesame seeds, and sesame oil in a bowl.
