- Rice - 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
 
- Vegetables - 🍄 150g flat mushrooms
 
- Protein - 20g fried tofu
 
- Liquids - 💧 Water as needed
 
- Seasonings - 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
 
步驟

Break apart the flat mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.

Wipe excess oil off the fried tofu with a paper towel. Cut it into 1cm strips.

Place soaked rice, seasonings, and water into the rice cooker. Mix well and level the rice. Spread mushrooms and tofu evenly on top. Cook as usual.
