 - 1 tbsp corn syrup

 - 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
 - 0.1 tbsp ground pepper
 - 💧 2 tbsp water

- 🧂 A pinch of salt

步驟
Cut 2 medium eggplants into bite-sized pieces and lightly salt them to draw out moisture.
Squeeze the salted eggplants to remove excess water and place them on a plate.
Coat the eggplants evenly with cornstarch.
Pan-fry the coated eggplants until golden and crispy.
Prepare the sauce by combining soy sauce, vinegar, corn syrup, sugar, minced garlic, ground pepper, and water. Simmer until slightly thickened.
Add the fried eggplants to the sauce and toss until well-coated.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve the dish.
