Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1 pack instant rice
- 🍶 1 block tofu
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🌭 10 Vienna sausages
- 🧂 Black pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds to taste
Soy Sauce Mix
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
步驟
Mix soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, minced garlic, and sesame oil to create the sauce.
Mash the tofu block using a knife or fork.
Finely chop the onion and sauté until translucent.
Slice Vienna sausages and add them to the pan. Sauté lightly.
Push the sautéed vegetables and sausages to one side of the pan. Crack 3 eggs and scramble them.
Add the mashed tofu to the pan and mix well.
Pour half of the soy sauce mix into the pan and stir-fry until slightly caramelized.
Add 1 pack of instant rice and sprinkle black pepper to taste.
Pour the remaining soy sauce mix and stir-fry until the rice is fully coated.
Garnish with sesame seeds and serve. Optionally, wrap in seaweed or add ketchup.
