Egg Roll Ingredients
- 🥚 7 eggs
- 🌭 Chopped sausage, as needed
- 🥕 Finely chopped carrot, as needed
- 🥦 Finely chopped broccoli, as needed
- Seaweed for wrapping egg rolls
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Splash of rice wine
- Cooking oil for frying
Kimbap Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Drizzle of sesame oil
- Sprinkle of sesame seeds
步驟
Prepare ingredients for egg rolls, chopping sausage, carrot, and broccoli finely.
Beat 7 eggs with salt and rice wine, then mix in the chopped ingredients.
Heat a pan with oil, wipe excess oil with a paper towel, and pour the egg mixture to make egg rolls.
Shape the egg rolls using a bamboo mat and wrap them with seaweed.
Pan-fry sausages for the sausage kimbap.
Season freshly cooked rice with salt, sesame oil, and sesame seeds, then let it cool slightly.
Spread seasoned rice evenly on a sheet of seaweed and place the egg roll in the center to roll the kimbap.
Repeat the process with sausages to make sausage kimbap.
Slice the kimbap into bite-sized pieces and arrange them in a lunchbox.
