- 11 pieces deodeok
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tbsp soju
- 2 tbsp plum extract
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
Marinade
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
步驟
Peel 11 pieces of deodeok and split them in half.
Flatten the deodeok to your desired thickness using a rolling pin.
Prepare the marinade by mixing 1 tbsp soy sauce and 2 tbsp sesame oil.
Brush the marinade evenly on both sides of the deodeok and let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
Prepare the seasoning sauce by combining 2 tbsp gochujang, 1 tbsp red pepper powder, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp oligosaccharide, 1 tbsp soju, 2 tbsp plum extract, 2 tbsp minced garlic, and 2 tbsp sesame oil.
Heat a frying pan and lightly grill the marinated deodeok without oil for the first round.
Place the pre-grilled deodeok on foil and brush both sides with the seasoning sauce.
Cover the deodeok with foil and flip it as a whole for even cooking.
Cook on medium heat, flipping every minute for 4 minutes total (1 minute per side). Sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
