- 🥒 1 zucchini, sliced into half-moons
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 🥕 A small amount of carrot, julienned
Seafood
- 🦐 1/2 cup dried shrimp
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp fermented shrimp paste
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A small amount of sesame seeds
Cooking Oil
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
步驟
Slice the onion and carrot into thin strips.
Cut the zucchini into half-moon slices after trimming both ends.
Toast the dried shrimp in a dry pan to remove moisture and enhance flavor.
Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan and sauté 1 tbsp minced garlic until golden.
Add 1 tbsp fermented shrimp paste to the pan and mix well.
Add the zucchini slices and stir until they are tender but still slightly firm.
Add the toasted dried shrimp, onion, and carrot to the pan and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes.
Turn off the heat, drizzle 1 tbsp sesame oil, and sprinkle sesame seeds to finish.
