- 🥛 1 cup plain yogurt
- 🧂 3/4 cup sugar
Dry Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder

- 1 cup dried cranberries or raisins

Preheat the oven to 380°F (190°C). In a bowl, mix all wet ingredients together.
Add dried cranberries or raisins to the wet mixture and let them soak while preparing other ingredients.
In a separate bowl, sift all dry ingredients together, discarding any lumps.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring well to combine.
Spray the muffin tin with cooking spray or line with muffin cups. Divide the batter evenly among the cups.
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes, then lower the temperature to 350°F (180°C) and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
