- 130g all-purpose flour

- 🧂 5g sugar for topping
- 1g cinnamon powder

Mix oil, sugar, and egg in a bowl until the sugar dissolves. Sift half of the dry ingredients into the mixture and gently combine.

Add milk and mix gently. Once the milk is incorporated, add the remaining dry ingredients and complete the batter.

Pour the batter into molds, sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top, and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 22–25 minutes.
