- 20g job's tears
- 20g red beans
Vegetables
- 3 ginkgo nuts
- 3 jujubes
- 1/4 pumpkin
- 20g red bell pepper
- 20g green bell pepper
- 🧅 30g onion
- 🍄 1 shiitake mushroom
- 20g chives
- 🧄 10g garlic
Eggs and Dairy
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🥛 50g fresh cream
Condiments
- 10g starch
- 20g doenjang (soybean paste)
- 0.2g rosemary
步驟
Wash and soak the mixed grains (glutinous rice, barley, job's tears, red beans) thoroughly, then cook them into rice.
Dice pumpkin, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, onion, and shiitake mushroom into small pieces. Slice chives finely and mince garlic.
Heat oil in a pan, sauté the diced vegetables lightly, then add the cooked mixed grain rice and stir-fry together.
Blend doenjang, fresh cream, and rosemary together in a mixer until smooth.
Add the blended sauce to the stir-fried rice and cook until heated through.
Beat the egg, strain it, and cook into a thin omelette. Wrap the stir-fried rice with the omelette and plate. Pour the doenjang cream sauce on top.
