- 🍗 13 pieces chicken nuggets
- 🌰 A pinch of crushed peanuts
Sauce Ingredients
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2.5 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 💧 1 tbsp water
步驟
Heat a pan with sufficient oil and fry the chicken nuggets until golden brown. Place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
Mix gochujang, chili powder, ketchup, soy sauce, minced garlic, corn syrup, sugar, and water in a bowl until well combined.
Pour the sauce into a pan and bring it to a boil.
Add the chicken nuggets to the pan and coat them evenly with the sauce.
Sprinkle crushed peanuts on top for added texture and serve immediately.
