- 🥔 3 potatoes, julienned
- 🥕 A small amount of carrot, julienned
- 🧅 1/2 onion, julienned
Seasonings
- 🧄 1/3 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Sufficient amount of cooking oil
步驟
Julienne the potatoes, carrots, and onion.
Soak the julienned potatoes in cold water for about 10 minutes to remove excess starch.
Blanch the potatoes in boiling water for 5–10 minutes, then rinse with cold water and drain.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and sauté the onions and carrots until fragrant.
Add the blanched potatoes and salt, then stir-fry to combine.
Add curry powder and water, then stir-fry until the curry is evenly distributed and the dish is moist.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
