步驟
Slice the cucumber into rounds and mix with salt. Let it sit for 10 minutes, then squeeze out the water. If too salty, rinse with water and squeeze again.
Prepare the seasoning by mixing red pepper flakes, green onion, garlic, sugar, and vinegar. Do not add soy sauce as the cucumber is already salted.
Combine the cucumber with the prepared seasoning. Add sesame oil and sesame seeds as a finishing touch.
