Vegetables
- 1 handful dried seaweed
- 🥒 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- Sliced bell pepper, as needed
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp plum syrup
- 🍋 A dash of lemon juice
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- Sprinkle of sesame seeds

Soak the dried seaweed in water until softened, then rinse and squeeze out excess water.

Peel the cucumber with a peeler and slice it into bite-sized pieces.

Slice the onion and bell pepper, then add them to a mixing bowl along with the cucumber and seaweed.

Add all the seasonings (soy sauce, vinegar, plum syrup, lemon juice, corn syrup, minced garlic, and sesame seeds) to the bowl.
