- 🥒 1 cucumber (100g)
 - 🧅 1/2 scallion (80g)
 
Seaweed
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
 
Oil
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
 
Soup Base
- 💧 300ml water
 - 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
 - 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
 - Pinch of pepper
 
步驟

Smash the cucumber lightly with a rolling pin and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Slice the scallion thinly and soak the dried wakame in water to rehydrate.

Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté the scallion until fragrant.

Add water, chicken stock powder, salt, and pepper to the pot and bring to a boil.

Add the cucumber and wakame to the pot and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
