- 🥬 1/4 head cabbage
- 150g chives
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp tuna sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 7 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- to taste black sesame seeds
步驟
Wash and clean 1/4 head of cabbage thoroughly.
Clean and trim 150g of chives, then cut them into 5 equal sections.
Place the chopped chives into a mixing bowl.
Thinly slice the washed cabbage into strips.
Add 2 tbsp tuna sauce to the mixing bowl.
Add 3 tbsp soy sauce to the mixing bowl.
Add 7 tbsp vinegar to the mixing bowl.
Add 2 tbsp maple syrup to the mixing bowl.
Add 2 tbsp chili powder to the mixing bowl.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly using chopsticks or a mixing spoon.
Transfer the salad to a serving plate and drizzle 1 tbsp sesame oil on top.
Sprinkle black sesame seeds to garnish and serve immediately.
