 - 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
 - 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion
 - 🧄 1/3 tsp minced garlic
 - 1 tbsp perilla oil

Clean the bean sprouts and add enough water to cover them slightly. Cover the pot and boil for about 10 minutes.

Drain the bean sprouts using a sieve and rinse them once with cold water.

Prepare 2 tbsp of chopped green onion and 1/3 tsp of minced garlic.

Mix the rinsed bean sprouts with all the seasoning ingredients and toss well.
