- 4 tbsp olive oil

Dipping Sauce

步驟
Peel and wash the potatoes using a peeler.
Thinly slice the potatoes into matchstick-like strips using a slicer.
In a bowl, mix the potato strips, mozzarella cheese, and salt thoroughly.
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Spread half of the mixture thinly in the pan and cook until the edges turn golden brown.
Flip the pancake and cook the other side until golden brown.
Place the cooked pancake on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
Serve with ketchup and mayonnaise as dipping sauces.
