- 🍚 2 cups rice cakes
- 🧄 5 cloves garlic
- 🥦 A small amount of broccoli
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 🥓 4 strips bacon
Sauce Ingredients
- 🥛 200ml milk
- 100ml heavy cream
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 🧀 1/2 tbsp Parmesan cheese powder
步驟
Slice garlic into thin pieces, julienne the onion and bacon, and cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
If the rice cakes are hard, blanch them in boiling water for 30 seconds. This step can be skipped if the rice cakes are soft.
Heat a pan with olive oil and stir-fry garlic, onion, and broccoli in sequence.
Add bacon to the pan and continue stir-frying.
Pour in milk and heavy cream, then season with salt and pepper.
Add the rice cakes and simmer until they are fully cooked and the sauce thickens.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese powder on top and serve.
