- 🧀 40g cream cheese
- 🧂 100g sugar
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 90g cake flour
- 10g bread flour
- 🌰 15g almond powder
- 5g milk powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp rum
Toppings
- 🧀 80g cream cheese for topping
- 🧂 20g powdered sugar
步驟
Prepare the topping by mixing softened cream cheese and powdered sugar in a bowl until smooth. Place the mixture into a piping bag.
Make the muffin batter by creaming softened butter and cream cheese together. Add sugar and mix well. Gradually add eggs in 3–4 portions, ensuring the sugar dissolves completely.
Sift cake flour, bread flour, milk powder, almond powder, and baking powder into the mixture. Mix until partially combined, then add rum and mix well.
Fill muffin tins to 70–80% capacity using a piping bag. Pipe the prepared topping in circular patterns on top of the batter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170–180°C for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
