- 🥚 3 eggs
- 5 crab sticks
- 1/2 stalk green onion
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1 red chili
- 2 sheets kombu (10x10cm)
- 1 liter water
- 2 tbsp tuna sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
步驟
Boil 2 sheets of kombu (10x10cm) in 1 liter of water over high heat.
Beat 3 eggs until smooth.
Slice green onion and onion thinly, shred crab sticks, and chop red chili finely.
Once the broth boils, remove kombu and add green onion and onion. Cook over medium heat.
Add crab sticks and 2 tbsp of tuna sauce to the boiling broth. Continue cooking over medium heat.
Pour the beaten eggs into the soup while stirring gently. Cook over medium heat.
Add chopped red chili and cook over medium heat.
Season with a pinch of salt to taste and serve.
