- 🥕 1 tbsp chopped carrot
- 🥦 1/2 tbsp chopped broccoli
Bread
- 🍞 2 morning bread rolls
Cheese
- 🧀 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese
- 🧀 1 slice cheddar cheese
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- A dash of ground pepper
步驟
Drain the corn kernels and finely chop the onion, carrot, and broccoli.
In a bowl, mix the corn kernels, chopped vegetables, mayonnaise, sugar, salt, and pepper until evenly combined.
Place the mixture in a pan and cook over medium-low heat.
Add mozzarella cheese on top and let it melt over medium-low heat.
Once the cheese has melted, gather the mixture in the center of the pan and place a slice of cheddar cheese on top to melt.
Cut the morning bread rolls in half and fill them with the corn cheese mixture.
