Main Ingredients
- 300g glass noodles
- 🥒 2 cucumbers
- 🧅 1 onion
- 6 imitation crab sticks
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 🍬 3 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
步驟
Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Peel the cucumbers and slice them thinly. Slice the onion into thin strips. Tear the imitation crab sticks into thirds along their natural grain.
Soak the dry glass noodles in lukewarm water for about 20 minutes, then boil them in water for about 2 minutes. Rinse the noodles under cold water and drain.
Combine the noodles, prepared vegetables, and seasoning in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly by hand. Add extra sesame oil or adjust the salt to taste if needed.
