Main Ingredients
- 🐚 150g clam meat
- 🍜 100g noodles
- 100g water dropwort
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1 chili
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
Seasoning Sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 💧 3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1/3 tsp black pepper
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
步驟
Wash and drain the water dropwort, cut into 4cm pieces. Slice the onion thinly and finely chop the chili.
Prepare the seasoning sauce by mixing gochujang, soy sauce, chili powder, sugar, vinegar, water, mirin, sesame oil, sesame seeds, black pepper, and minced garlic.
Boil 500mL of water and blanch the clam meat for 3 minutes. Rinse under cold water and drain.
Cook the noodles according to package instructions, typically 4-5 minutes. Rinse under cold water and drain.
Combine the vegetables, clam meat, and seasoning sauce. Mix well and serve with the noodles.
