步驟
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 9-inch round cake pans.
In a large bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar.
Add eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Gradually add boiling water to the batter, mixing until smooth. The batter will be thin.
Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool the cakes in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
