- 🍗 200g chicken tenderloin
- 🥬 1 handful cabbage
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥕 1/3 carrot
- 1.5 tbsp chicken stock
- A pinch of pepper
- A pinch of dried basil
- 1 bay leaf
- 💧 700ml water
- A splash of white wine
- 🧈 A small amount of butter
- 🍝 Adequate amount of pasta
步驟
Prepare the vegetables: finely chop the onion, cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces, and slice the carrot thinly.
Cook the pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
Boil the chicken tenderloin in water for 5 minutes to remove impurities, then shred it by hand.
In a pot, melt butter and sauté the vegetables in the following order: carrot, onion, cabbage. Add the shredded chicken and a splash of white wine.
Add 700ml of water, bay leaf, dried basil, pepper, and chicken stock. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the cooked pasta to the soup and simmer for an additional 5 minutes. Season with salt to taste.
