- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
 - 🥚 2 soft-boiled eggs
 
Sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
 - 2 tbsp mirin
 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
 - 🍯 1 tbsp honey
 - 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
 - 1 tsp grated ginger
 
步驟
Cut the chicken thigh to even thickness, roll tightly from one end, and secure with toothpicks.
Mix the sauce ingredients in a microwave-safe container, add the chicken, cover tightly with cling wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Flip the chicken, re-cover, and microwave for another 4 minutes. Let it cool with the wrap on.
Transfer the chicken and sauce to a storage bag, add soft-boiled eggs, and refrigerate overnight.
Slice the chicken into 1cm pieces, halve the eggs, and plate. Heat the sauce in a small pan until reduced and pour over.
