Main Ingredients
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
 - 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
 - 🥕 1/3 carrot (50g), julienned
 - 1/2 tsp chili flakes
 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
 - 🌰 Sesame seeds, to taste
 
Marinade
- 1 tbsp sake
 - 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
 - 2 tbsp gochujang
 
步驟
Mix the marinade ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, gochujang) in a bowl.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces, pat dry, and mix with the marinade. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Slice the onion thinly and julienne the carrot. Add them to the marinated chicken and mix well.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and vegetable mixture and stir-fry until the chicken is cooked through.
Add chili flakes and stir to combine. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
