- 🍗 1 handful chicken breast
Vegetables
- A small amount of mixed vegetables
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- A small amount of corn syrup
- 💧 1 cup water
步驟
Boil chicken breast for 10 minutes to remove impurities and partially cook.
Rinse the boiled chicken under running water and set aside.
Prepare mixed vegetables by chopping them into small pieces.
Add 1 cup of water to the pot with the boiled chicken.
Add the chopped vegetables to the pot.
Add 3 tbsp of soy sauce to the pot.
Add 1 tbsp of sugar to the pot.
Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat.
Add a small amount of corn syrup to the pot.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10–15 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Once the sauce is reduced and the chicken is fully cooked, remove from heat.
