Add milk and gently mix until combined.
Sift baking powder and glutinous rice flour into the mixture and stir until smooth.
Wrap the batter in a piping bag or plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Grease muffin tins with melted butter or oil, fill one-third with batter, add red bean paste, and top with more batter.
Top with desired nuts such as pecans or walnuts.
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 25 minutes in the oven.
