- 🧈 1 block tofu
- 3 tsp cornstarch
Sauce Ingredients
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🍅 3.5 tsp ketchup
- 0.5 tsp gochujang
- 🧄 0.3 tsp minced garlic
- 💧 7 tsp water
步驟
Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes and pat dry with a kitchen towel to remove excess moisture.
Place the tofu in a plastic bag, add 3 tsp of cornstarch, and mix well by gently shaking the bag.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the tofu on all sides until golden brown over low heat.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
Pour the sauce over the fried tofu and mix well. Turn off the heat before adding the sauce to avoid splattering.
Coat the tofu evenly with the sauce and let it simmer until the sauce thickens.
Transfer to a plate, sprinkle sesame seeds, and serve.
