    • 🥩 200g chadolbagi (thinly sliced beef brisket)
    • 🥬 1 head lettuce, torn into pieces
    • 🍅 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
    • 1 handful fresh sprouts
    • 🥚 1 boiled egg, sliced
    • 🧀 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • Sauces

    • 2 tbsp Oriental sauce
    • 2 tbsp orange mango salad dressing
    • 2 tbsp fresh mustard sauce

步驟

Tear lettuce into pieces and soak in cold water for a few minutes.

Boil the egg, slice it thinly, and halve the cherry tomatoes.

Pan-fry the chadolbagi briefly until cooked, then pat dry with a paper towel.
