  • Tofu Nut Sauce Ingredients

    • 🍶 1/4 block tofu
    • 🌰 30g roasted walnuts
    • 3 tbsp soybean paste
    • 1 tbsp chili paste
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 🧅 2 tbsp minced green onion
    • 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds

Prepare all ingredients for the wrap rice and sauce.

Boil cabbage leaves in salted water for about 2 minutes until translucent.

Blanch kale leaves in salted water for about 10 seconds, starting with the stems.

Mix the mashed tofu with all sauce ingredients to create the tofu nut sauce.

Shape the cooked rice into small bite-sized rice balls.

Place rice on a cabbage leaf, fold the sides, and roll tightly to form a wrap.

Repeat the process with kale leaves, adjusting the rice size to fit the leaf.
