 - 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour

Pat the yellowtail fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper. Lightly coat both sides with all-purpose flour.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over low heat and cook the yellowtail fillets until golden brown.

Flip the fillets and cook for 3–4 minutes. Add soy sauce and butter, and once the butter melts, spoon the sauce over the fillets to coat them.
