- 🥡 250g firm tofu
Seasoning
- 🌰 5 tbsp sesame seeds
- 🧂 0.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 0.3 tbsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
步驟
Separate broccoli stems and florets, then cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel the stems and cut them to similar sizes.
Soak broccoli in water with 1 tbsp vinegar for 10 minutes, rinse, and drain.
Boil firm tofu in salted water (0.5 tbsp salt) for 2 minutes, drain, and set aside.
Blanch broccoli in the same boiling water for 40 seconds, drain, and let cool without rinsing.
Grind 5 tbsp sesame seeds using a mortar or rub them with your palms for a richer taste.
Season broccoli with 0.5 tbsp soy sauce in a mixing bowl.
Mash tofu and mix with 1 tbsp fish sauce, ground sesame seeds, and 2 tbsp sesame oil.
Adjust seasoning with salt and sprinkle pepper to taste.
Combine broccoli and tofu mixture, ensuring everything is well-coated.
Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to a few days.
