- 🥦 1 head broccoli
- 🍤 200g frozen shrimp
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 chili peppers
Additional Ingredients
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Sprinkle of sesame seeds
步驟
Wash and prepare the broccoli.
Blanch the broccoli in boiling water with a pinch of salt.
Rinse the blanched broccoli in cold water and drain well.
Defrost the shrimp at room temperature and rinse thoroughly.
Combine all sauce ingredients in a pan and heat on low.
Increase heat to high and add the broccoli and shrimp to the pan.
Once the sauce is absorbed, turn off the heat and sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
