    • 🧈 500g tofu
    • 5 tbsp soy sauce
    • 3 tbsp kelp anchovy broth
    • 2 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
    • 🧅 8 tbsp chopped green onion

步驟

Slice 500g of tofu into 1cm thick pieces.

Heat a pan with cooking oil and fry the tofu until golden.

In a bowl, mix 5 tbsp soy sauce and 3 tbsp kelp anchovy broth.

Add 8 tbsp chopped green onion to the mixture.

Add 2 tbsp sesame oil and 1 tbsp sesame seeds to create the sauce.

Flip the tofu and fry both sides until golden brown.

Reduce the heat to low and evenly spread the prepared sauce over the tofu.

Simmer gently until the sauce is absorbed and the tofu is well-coated.
