- 🐟 400g Spanish mackerel
- 🥔 2 potatoes
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 🌱 1/4 green onion
- 1 green chili
- 1 red chili
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp chili flakes
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soju
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- a pinch of black pepper
- a dash of sesame oil
- 1 cup kelp stock
步驟
Score the skin of the Spanish mackerel.
Cut the potatoes into thick slices.
Slice the onion thinly and cut the green onion and chilies diagonally.
Mix all seasoning ingredients to make the sauce.
Place the potatoes in a pot and pour half of the sauce over them. Cover and cook until partially done.
Add the Spanish mackerel and onion to the pot, then pour in the remaining sauce. Cook until the fish is fully cooked.
Add the chilies and green onion, spoon the broth over the ingredients, and cook briefly until done.
