Fish
- 🐟 1/2 filleted Spanish mackerel
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 🧅 1 onion, sliced
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion, sliced
Seasoning
- 1.5 tbsp gochujang
- 1.5 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp plum extract
- A pinch of black pepper
- 2 cups water
步驟
Peel and slice the potatoes into thick pieces.
Slice the onion according to preference.
Layer the potatoes on the bottom of a wide pot, followed by the onion and sliced green onion.
Place the Spanish mackerel pieces on top of the vegetables.
Mix all seasoning ingredients to create the braising sauce.
Pour the sauce over the fish and vegetables, then add 2 cups of water.
Simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
Reduce to low heat and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
Optionally garnish with chopped chives or green onions before serving.
