- 🍄 40g enoki mushrooms
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
Sauce
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍶 1 tbsp vinegar
- 💧 1.5 tbsp water
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🌰 1/3 tbsp mustard
- Pinch of ground pepper
步驟
Season the beef slices with a pinch of salt and ground pepper.
Thinly slice the red, yellow, and green bell peppers.
Cut the chives and enoki mushrooms to match the length of the bell pepper slices.
Mix soy sauce, vinegar, water, sugar, mustard, and a pinch of pepper to create the mustard sauce.
Lay out the seasoned beef slices and place the vegetables evenly on top.
Roll the beef slices tightly around the vegetables.
Preheat a grill pan and lightly coat it with cooking oil.
Place the rolls seam-side down on the pan and cook evenly until the beef is fully cooked.
