- 2 cups radish, diced
- 1 cup beef, sliced
- 💧 5 cups water
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion, sliced
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- Pinch of black pepper

Soak beef in cold water for 10 minutes to remove excess blood.
