    • 💧 160ml water

  • Thickener

    • 1 tbsp cornstarch slurry

Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, corn syrup, water, and minced garlic to prepare the sauce.

Slice the green onion and soak in cold water to remove its sharp taste.

Sear the beef sirloin lightly on both sides in a hot pan, then cut into bite-sized pieces.

Bring the sauce to a boil in a pan.

Add the beef pieces to the boiling sauce and simmer briefly, then add cornstarch slurry to thicken.
