Main Ingredients
- 🥩 100g beef
- 🍢 1/2 block tofu
- 4 chili peppers
- 🥔 5cm radish
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp doenjang
- 2 tbsp ssamjang
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
步驟

Cut radish into cubes, slice tofu, onion, green onion, and chili peppers into bite-sized pieces.

Add sesame oil to a pot and stir-fry the beef until browned.

Add radish to the pot and stir-fry together with the beef.

Pour water into the pot until halfway full and add doenjang, ssamjang, and chili powder.

Add tofu, onion, and minced garlic to the pot.
