- 🥩 200g beef brisket
- 400g soft tofu
- 2.5 cups kelp anchovy broth
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 🧅 1/4 onion
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp red chili powder
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of black pepper
步驟
Slice the white part of the green onion and sauté it with 200g beef brisket in a pot.
Add 2 tbsp red chili powder and stir to combine without burning.
Add 400g soft tofu and season with 3 tbsp soy sauce.
Pour in 2.5 cups kelp anchovy broth and bring to a boil.
Reduce to medium-low heat, add 1 tbsp minced garlic and 1/4 diced onion, and simmer.
Slice the green part of the green onion, add it along with a pinch of black pepper, and simmer briefly before serving.
